if you are looking to kick start your yoga practice
or gain consistency with your current yoga practice

You will be guided each day with a pose of the day, 
meditation of the day, 
or pranayama (breathing exercise) of the day. 

This will help you to form a  mind, body, and breath connection
that will allow you to finally detach from the world around you
and connect with yourself.
